This is my village church. There is a Black Poplar just outside, beyond that is what used to be the medieval enclosure of the Lord of the Manor. Ditches and ponds for keeping carp are still visible in the landscape. Beyond the church is a Roman road.
Woodblock (plywood); each one hand printed on Conqueror laid vellum block printing paper with black linseed oil based relief printing ink, then hand tinted with watercolour.
