This was a commission for a friend starting out on his music career. It represents the energy and enthusiasm of youth - the Fool's Journey, but I just enjoyed creating an oak tree with twisty, cupping branches - with as much biodiversity as I could get from plywood.
Woodblock (plywood); each one hand printed on Fabriano traditional white 300gsm paper with raw umber/sepia linseed oil based relief printing ink.
